Old Pulteney Unveils New Presentation.

Old Pulteney 12 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky has launched new and exciting packaging improves upon its previous presentation.

With revised labelling and canister intended to reflect the maritime heritage of the brand, enthusiasts can now enjoy Old Pulteney from its new proprietary bottle, designed to reflect the shape of the distillery's unusual pot stills. Unique to Pulteney, the bottle's accentuated curves and a bulbous neck imitate the whisky's unusual copper stills, which during production contribute to its distinctive taste.

Subtle changes such as embossed detail, the introduction of gold foiling and the maritime colour blue, as well as historically accurate artwork, have all been made to the finished packaging by Old Pulteney's parent company, Inver House Distillers. These enhancements, the first changes to the brand since 1999, have been made to increase the whisky's visual impact and emphasise its positioning as a quality brand of choice in the single malt market. Old Pulteney Brand Manager, Margaret Mary Timpson said of the packaging:

"Since its launch, Old Pulteney 12 year old has gained a solid appreciation amongst whisky enthusiasts and its reputation has continued to grow as more consumers are introduced to the brand. With its distinctive taste, we wanted to create fresh packaging that was unique to Pulteney and had real stand-out value. We think we've achieved that and the response we've had to the bottle so far has been really positive. Its definitely creating the talk-ability and impact that we had hoped for."
